The Mending Charm used to repair objects. Reparo is Latin for "to renew" or "repair." In the books and movies, it has been used to repair non-magical items. It cannot repair magical items or items that have magic placed on them. However, the Elder Wand, which is the most powerful wand in the universe, can perform the said restrictions, as done by Harry Potter.
