This refers to the killing of your allied unit, building, or hero to prevent the enemy from gaining gold and experience. You can attack your allied creeps when their health is below 50%, your allied towers when they are below 10%, and your allied heroes when they are under 25%. You may also deny your own hero, depending on the hero you are using.
